Grant Description

On March 30, 2011, Liberia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Toga Gayewea Mcintosh, signed an Exchange of Notes on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Liberia with the Vice Minister of Commerce, Fu Ziyang, for the installation of solar traffic lights throughout Monrovia. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
