Grant Description

The Instability, Crisis and Recovery Programs (ICRP) Indefinite quantity contract (IQC) provides USAID/U.S. government (USG) policy and program decision-makers with analytic and diagnostic support and direct technical assistance in both conflictive and post-conflict environments.

The IQC helps promote relief, reconstruction, and stabilizationranging from immediate crisis response and short-term projects, to long-term programming across local to national levels.
