Chinese Government provides $2.2 million interest-free loan for unspecified projects In June 2010, Mozambique’s Prime Minister, Aires Ali, and the Chinese Prime Minister, Wen Jiabao, signed grant and interest-free loan agreements on behalf of their respective governments.
