The Impact & Outcomes Analyst will build the evidence base that demonstrates GrantFunds' real-world value. You'll design measurement frameworks, analyse grant outcome data, and produce reports that resonate with funders, policymakers and our non-profit partners.
This is a research-heavy role that also requires strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement impact measurement frameworks
Analyse grant funding data to surface sector-level trends
Produce quarterly impact reports for external stakeholders
Support grant partners with outcomes measurement tools
Present findings at sector events and partner briefings
Requirements
Background in impact evaluation, M&E or data analysis
Experience in the non-profit or international development sector
Strong data visualisation skills (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
Excellent written communication
Nice to Have
Familiarity with theories of change and logical frameworks
Quantitative research or econometrics background
