A notable part (18%) out of the over 100,000 people displaced from Nagorno-Karabagh in 2023 comprises elderly people, and among them, 8% are either single elderly individuals or people with disabilities. The primary focus of the project is on the 100 elderly people who have been displaced from Nagorno-Karabagh and are currently residing in the Goris enlarged community.
