Grant Description

<p>The scope of this contract is the construction of a new Palace of Justice in Novi Sad close to the centre of town surrounded by residential and commercial buildings with relatively high population. Plot areacadastral parcel 7962 of the CM Novi Sad 2 total plot area is 1 724 m2. The footprint of the building is 987.60 m2.

The new building is set on a relatively flat territory and shall consist of 2 underground levels, lower level, ground level and 6 upper floors and principal and side facades
