Dialogue of Change: Nurturing Participative and Evidence Based Policy Dialogue in Reform Processes in Serbia

Overall objective is to contribute to reform processes in Serbia based on evidence driven decision-making and multi-stakeholders participation. 1) To increase cooperation between state and non-state actors in evidence based policy dialogue; 2) To strengthen capacities of civil society for policy formulation, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, 3) To improve communication on policy dialogue between CSOs and public authorities.
