The main objective of the action is to strengthen a vital cultural ecosystem as an enabling environment for political, social and economic inclusion of young people across the Southern Neighborhood primarily in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and for the diaspora from Syria and Libya.
