Grant Description

Observations using world-class telescope facilities provide the backbone of much of extragalactic, galactic, exoplanet and solar system research.

The IfA Edinburgh has a large and vibrant observational astronomy group with a long-standing history of winning competitive telescope time on leading facilities around the globe.

This PATT linked grant requests travel and subsistence funds in support of IfA astronomers carrying out these observations over the period April 2023 to March 2025. It is a continuation of grant ST/T005300/1.
