Grant Description

This project contributes to the construction of the ITk, the new tracker for the ATLAS experiment at the LHC which is designed to cope with an order of magnitude increase in data in the high luminosity upgrade of the accelerator.

It will return the same or improved tracking capabilities as the existing one despite a large increase in the propoton collision rate. Warwick is helping build silicon strip trakcer modules and test them.
