Our innovation, Smart RoomHub (SRH), is a groundbreaking newly developed multi-sensor with built-in AI. Early tests show 35 to 60% energy savings in existing buildings. Lower energy consumption, operating costs and climate impact contribute to Sweden's climate goals, stabilize the energy grid and increase the export capacity of green electrical energy.
At the same time, the indoor climate is improved and we are creating a comprehensive building management system (BMS). SRH is compatible with most of the existing systems and is self-learning, self-programming, and wireless, making upgrading existing systems very cost-effective. This project aims to complete the product/solution and verifies the functionality with the customer.
The validation includes energy efficiency, customer experience as well as business acumen for property owners (customer) and companies involved in energy efficiency (customer/customer representative).
