Verification of the Binary Corrugated Cardboard Packing System

Our goal is to create a demo facility to test the Binary Corrugated Cardboard System together with a pilot company under a production like environment.

The prototype automatically measuring what is to be packaged and based on these measurements, a sheet is automatically made in the size that is optimally required to make a square package and then automatically packages the contents.

The uniqueness and effect of the Binärkartongen is that there will be an environmentally friendly alternative on the market that will be the most resource efficient on the market for corrugated boxes where we use 100% of the corrugated material for the active part of the packaging, i.e. we neither cut nor fold material away the system will have the lowest CO2 emissions of the systems on the market in 2023.

Our challenge is to go from the production of finished product in a laboratory environment to the performance at speed that customers demand, which are E-retailers 3PL, B2B etc.
