The wireless charging, based on Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) technology, enables charging through large air gaps between two charging plates.
IPT technology creates the opportunity to realize power transmission without any human intervention or mechanical movement.
The technology is particularly suitable for autonomous vehicles and ships since IPT technology completely lacks moving parts. The project's overall goal is to build the prerequisites for a pilot installation of our IPT modules. An IPT module includes a transmitter plate and a receiver plate and associated electronics drive.
The prerequisites include strong commitment from a customer and functional IPT modules in a real environment.
