WP2 - Increased electrification - new electricity generators and consumers

The overall goal of the project is to contribute to increased knowledge and understanding of electrification in ways for the transition of the Nordic industrial and construction sector towards climate neutrality.

Because electrification is part of the strategy to phase out fossil fuels and gain climate neutrality in both the transporter, industries and the built environment, this project offers increased understanding of the role of electrification for sustainable energy conversion for the Nordic countries. The Swedish Energy Agency assesses that the project has the potential to contribute to the call's goals.
