AI-enabled & IoT-based distributed energy resource management for smart energy storage and automated demand response

The ANDROYDS project will jointly develop and commercially demonstrate four market-driven distributed energy resource management systems, in two Swedish and two Indian-led pilot projects in collaboration with first customers.

State of the art IoT technology will be combined with tech. development and novel AI-algorithms to solve pressing issues in the distribution grids in India and Sweden due to growing demand and increased distributed renewable energy and storage.

Modio will develop an integrated energy storage management system for automated optimization of 4 commercial Swedish prosumers helping to cut their monthly cost by 20% and significantly reducing stress on the distribution grid at peak times.

Pamoja will develop a smart energy storage management system to minimize power congestion and losses in Indian distribution networks, helping a DSO to reduce losses at a 990kVA substation by 21,9 MWh/y and avoiding CO2 emissions of 17,96 t/y.
