Grant Description

On March 15, 2022, CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. and Thailand Institute of Science and Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the China-Thailand High-speed Railway Teaching Program.

The agreement was also signed by Beijing Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Central South University, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Lat Krabang, Suranari Rajabhat University, Northeastern Royal Institute of Technology, Sri Wijaya Royal Institute of Technology and Chiang Mai University.

The purpose of this agreement is to learn about China’s rail transit technology, carry out academic research and high-speed rail technology training, and promote the advanced development of Thailand’s high-speed rail technology. The specific objectives of the MOU are unavailable.
