Grant Description

The purpose of the program is to strengthen skills and capacity for joint planning in Lower Mekong Initiative Countries under the Environment and Water Pillar Training Program (PTP) and to develop stronger transnational ties and strengthened technical capacity among government officials to foster dialogue around trans-boundary policy issues.
