Grant Description

To support the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund, in accordance with the terms of the Trust Fund Contribution Arrangement attached herein.

The International Bank of Reconstruction and Development is serving as the interim trustee of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund.

Section 16 is clarified to read: The Recipient agrees to administer the funds in accordance with the Notice of Award which consists of the Trust Fund Contribution Arrangement effective as of March 7, 2016 among the United States of America, the Green Climate Fund and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development, serving as the interim trustee of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund.
