Grant Description
To support the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund, in accordance with the terms of the Addendum to the Trust Fund Contribution Arrangement attached herein.
The International Bank of Reconstruction and Development is serving as the interim trustee of the.Green Climate Fund Trust Fund.
The Recipient agrees to administer the funds in accordance with the Notice of Award which consists of the Addendum to the Trust Fund Contribution Arrangement effective as of January 13, 2017 among the United States.of America, the Green Climate Fund and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development, serving as the interim trustee of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund.
