Grant Description

In September 2019, the Chinese Government and the Cuban Government signed letters of exchange, which committed grant funding for the Biocubafarma Cloud Telepresence System Project.

Then, on November 25, 2022, the President of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) and Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz, Cuba's Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, participated in a project handover ceremony. This project sought to promote digitization in the vaccine and drug manufacturing sector.
