Grant Description

The purpose of this agreement is to enhance the capacity of selected tropical forest developing countries to measure, monitor, and report on forest and terrestrial carbon, and more accurately estimate greenhouse gas emissions resulting from changes in lad use, forest cover and forest degradation.
