In Component Three: Strengthening Angel Networks, the Recipientwill implement of a variety of educational engagements that provide expert advice on topics related to science and technology investing in emerging countries that has a focus on creating GIST early stage investor mobilization education programs to help build entrepreneurial ecosystem gaps in strategic priority countries and that continue to develop the GIST communitys startups in-country
