Grant Description

On August 27, 2019, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) donated 30 computers and 3 laptops to the Laotian Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES). The laptops were to be distributed to 11 secondary schools and primary schools in Vientiane Capital.
