Grant Description

On May 17, 2017, The Ministry of Education and Sports of the Argentine Republic and the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Cooperation in Soccer Matters.

The purpose of the MOU was to encourage cooperation between soccer programs in both countries and discourage corruption and unsportsmanlike conduct in the sport. The MOU was valid for 4-years, to be renewed every 4-years unless either party requests to terminate it. It is unclear whether the MOU has continued past the first 4-years.
