Grant Description

On March 26, 2020, the Provincial Government of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region donated medical aid to the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.

The donation consisted of 200,000 face masks, 2,000 N95 masks, five ventilators, 2,000 COVID-19 testing kits, and medical protective gears. The donation is worth 67 million Pakistani Rupees. The handover took place at the Khunjerab Pass.
