Grant Description
On April 10, 2020, 20,000 three-layer medical masks and 1,000 N95 masks donated by China's Ministry of State Security were held in a warehouse in Beijing to be loaded onto a plane to Ukraine. The supplies were eventually delivered to Ukraine.
