This apparent discrepancy likely results from an earlier donation from CSCEC (captured via Project ID#94784); some sources consider this CSCEC donation the first batch of supplies, while others are only counting the batches that reportedly were donated by the Chinese government itself. AidData has confirmed that the donations captured via Project ID#94795 and #94790 are almost certainly separate donations.
