Grant Description
On April 21, 2020, a handover ceremony was held for the donation of Covid-19 aid from China State Construction Engineering Corporation to the Egyptian Government.
The donation consisted of 10 invasive ICU ventilators, 500,000 medical surgical masks, 50,000 protective medical masks, 2,000 sets medical protective clothing, 2,000 isolation masks, and 6,000 pairs of medical disposables gloves. This donation is worth of 13 million Egyptian Pound.
The Egyptian government was represented by the Egyptian Minister of Housing Essam, the Deputy Minister of Housing Abbas, the Assistant Minister of Health of Egypt Mohammad, and the General Manager of Hospital Administration of the Ministry of Health Ashraf.
