Grant Description

On November 15, 2021, the Government of Armenia and the Government of China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) committing 100 million Chinese yuan (CNY) in free assistance for multiple projects.

The agreement was signed by Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Armen Ghevondyan and Chinese Ambassador to Armenia Fan Yong.

This funding is intended for various development projects, including a new pavilion for Armenian Public Television (recorded in ID #93702) and other programs.
