Grant Description

On June 18, 2020, the Chinese Embassy provided charitable materials to the Togo National Basic Development Assistance Agency. The materials included grain, oil, and other daily necessities. These materials will be distributed to families that have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.

A handover ceremony was held for this donation on June 18, 2020.

China’s Ambassador to Togo, Chao Weidong, the Director of the Togo National Basic Development Assistance Agency, and Wo Wo, the Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Basic Development, Handicrafts and Youth of Togo, attended the ceremony.
