Grant Description

On December 3, 2021, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Mr. Hassoumi Massoudou, and the Chinese Ambassador Mr.

Jiang Feng signed an ETCA agreeing to a grant of 9,082,000,000 CFA francs in support of various unknown projects in Niger. The agreement was signed after the eighth FOCAC Ministerial Conference in Dakar.

The grant will be used to finance projects that will benefit the lives of locals in Niger, including health, education, and poverty alleviation.
