Grant Description
On August 26, 2022, the 20th medical team dispatched to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) donated medical and logistical supplies to the Sino-Congolese Friendship Hospital in N'djili. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
The donation occurred at a handover ceremony at the Friendship Hospital and was attended by Chargé d'Affaires in Congo (DRC) Wang Hailong, Economic and Commercial Counselor Xu Yuanjie, Director of Hospital Institutions and Partnerships of the Ministry of Health of Congo, Director-General of the United States and Asia Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Director of International Affairs, Mayor Njili, President of China-Congo Friendship Hospital, Captain of the 20th batch of Congolese Medical Team Yuan Shuai, all members of the Kinshasa Corps, and representatives of the Congolese staff at the Friendship Hospital.
