Grant Description

On February 12, 2019, China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued an RMB 118.9 million implementation contract to China Construction First Building (Group) Corporation Limited for the Comprehensive Office Building Construction Project in Tanzania.

The purpose of this project is to construct a comprehensive office building (with 4-5 floors) in Dar es Salaam with a construction area of 12,600 square meters and a new annex building (1 floor above ground, 1 underground floor) in Dar es Salaam with a construction area of 332 square meters. As of July 2022, AidData had not yet identified any evidence of project implementation.
