BOC and CDB pledge to contribution to USD 203 million syndicated loan for Pensulo-Samfya-Mansa Transmission Line Project According to LexAfrica, a $203 million syndicated loan facility from China Development Bank and Bank of China is being negotiated with Zesco Limited (a Zambian state-owned integrated electricity utility) for the Pensulo-Samfya-Mansa 330KV Transmission Lines and Substations Project.
