Grant Description

On April 7, 2020, the China Merchants Group donated anti-epidemic materials to Djibouti.

The materials included medical masks, protective clothing, goggles, fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments, and visible infrared thermometers. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation.

China’s Ambassador to Djibouti, Zhuo Ruisheng, the Minister of Health of Djibouti, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, the Chairman of the Port and Free Trade Zone Authority, and the Chief Representative of China Merchants Group in Djibouti attended the ceremony.
