China’s Ambassador to Djibouti, Zhuo Ruisheng, the Foreign Minister of Djibouti, and the Health Minister of Djibouti attended the ceremony. Ambassador Zhuo and Foreign Minister Yusuf signed the handover certificate on behalf of their respective governments.
