Grant Description

On September 25, 2019, a project handover ceremony was organized by the Chinese Government and the Government of the Republic of Congo for the Massengo Sino-Congolese Friendship School Rehabilitation Project.

The purpose of the project was to rehabilitate the Sino-Congolese friendship school in Massengo district within the ninth district of Brazzaville. More specifically, the project involved the renovation of various classrooms, offices and buildings. The renovation took seven months.

The Massengo Sino-Congolese Friendship School, which was constructed with financial support from the Chinese Government in 2009 (as captured via Record ID#1071), can accommodate 1900 pupils.
