Grant Description

On September 3, 2020, the Chinese Ambassador to Suriname, Liu Quan, handed over a batch of PPE donated by the Zhejiang Provincial Government to Suriname's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Albert Ramdin. The PPE was subsequently to be handed over to the Ministry of Health.
