1. It may be the case that subsequent donations of food kits by the Chinese embassy to other provinces in Ecuador were part of this initial donation. Project #95262 captures a donation of 400 kits to Cotopaxi, #95266 captures a donation of 940 kits to Manabí in 2021, and #95264 captures a likely donation of 1000 kits to Galápagos in or about November 2020. However, there is insufficient evidence for the time being to assume the kits handed over in #95262, #95266, and #95264 were originally granted via this project, #91022. Further, the number of kits donated in subsequent food package projects exceeds 1500, indicating that at least some were separate grants.
