THE PURPOSE OF THIS AWARD IS TO BUILD INVESTIGATIVE AND ENFORCEMENT FUNCTIONS TO PREVENT, DETECT, AND INVESTIGATE THE ILLEGAL TRADE IN TIMBER AS IT TRANSITS THROUGH ANGOLA, SOUTH AFRICA, AND ZAMBIA.
