Grant Description

On January 15 2021, the Chinese and Vanuatu governments signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement. According to the Vanuatu Business Review, the ETCA is worth Vt 1.3 billion.

The Vanuatu government plans to use the money for develop the rural and remote areas of Vanuatu and help the populations that live there.
