Grant Description

On May 6, 2020, a handover ceremony was held between China and Vanuatu for the donation of school buses. The donation has no financial transactions involved and has no borrowing terms.

The Chinese Embassy to Vanuatu article states that the donation will go to the Vanuatu College of Nursing Education to help transport vaccines to remote areas of Vanuatu and provide medical consultations to those in remote areas. Vanuatu College of Nursing Education is under the Vanuatu Ministry of Health.

The commitment date of the transaction is unclear, only the actual completion date is currently known.
