Grant Description

On May 20, 2020, the Chinese Government and the Government of Kiribati signed an AUD$6.17 million grant agreement for a Livelihood Project.

The grant proceeds were to be used to support the implementation of various projects such as small grants (see Record ID#97310), medical funds (see Record ID#97309), the social stability fund (formerly known as the church grant fund) (see Record ID#97324), funds for the upgrading of social facilities in outer islands (see Record ID#97325), disaster funds (see Record ID#97326), and funding for in-service trainings (see Record ID#97327).
