Grant Description

According to a report from the Chinese embassy in Guyana, on March 22, 2019, the Chinese Embassy of Guyana signed a certificate of material transfer with the Guyana Council of Organizations for Persons with Disabilities.

The materials donated included walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, and canes for the blind, worth approximately USD 7,000 (Guyana Chronicle). The handover ceremony was held at the Guyana Association of the Blind.
