Grant Description

In October 2018, the For­eign Affairs Office of the People’s Gov­ernment of Guangdong organized the 2018 Programme for Young Leaders from Pacific Island Countries, advancing pragmatic exchanges and co-operation with Pacific Island Coun­tries in Guangdong and across China. The training will last for 3 weeks and is planned to end on November 2, 2018.

The participants of this program are civil serv­ants from Fiji, Vanuatu, Tonga, Cook Islands, Samoa, Niue and Federated States of Micronesia.

The objective of this training was to link up greater details of co-opera­tion and strengthen the relationship between Guangdong Province and Pa­cific Island countries.
