Grant Description

On July 4, 2019, during Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's visit to China, the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) providing an unspecified amount of funding to the Government of Bangladesh. The agreement was signed under the witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and PM of Bangladesh.

The purpose of this ETCA was to finance different welfare projects, such as disaster relief and bridge construction.
