Grant Description
On September 29, 2016, the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) providing a grant of an unspecified value to the Government of Belarus.
The known sub-projects are as follows: 1) RMB 329.38 million for Phase 1 of the Social Housing Project in Belarus (see Record ID#66303), 2) RMB 349.09 million for Phase 2 of the Social Housing Project in Belarus (see Record ID#66492), 3) RMB 32.2 million for Phase 3 of the Social Housing Project in Belarus (see Record ID#66521), and 4) RMB 127.17 million for the Great Stone Industrial Park Apartment Construction Project (see Record ID#66435).
These sub-projects amount to RMB 837.84 million. It is unclear whether this covers the entire ETCA amount that was originally committed in September 2016.
