Grant Description

On April 6, 2018, the outgoing Chinese Ambassador to Ghana, Sun Baohong, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with Ken Ofori-Atta, Ghana’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning.

Under the terms of the ETCA, the Chinese Government committed $66 million of grant funding for multiple projects, including the Jamestown Fishing Port Complex Construction Project (captured via Record ID#73222) and Phase 2 of the School of Biomedical Sciences of UHAS Construction Project (captured via Record ID#53164).
