Grant Description

On June 9, 2017, at the 17th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization President Xi Jinping announced that China would be donating RMB 10 million to Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

President Xi Jinping stated that the donation aims to improve working conditions and facilitate SCO's operating activities. The convention took place in Astana, Kazakhstan.
