According to an educational exchange agreement for 2010-2020 between China's Ministry of Education and North Korea's Ministry of Education signed on October 4, 2009 and at the invitation of Hanban, North Korea sends two batches of 30 university professors of the Chinese language to China every year for a six-week long training course in Chinese.
